About Career Bluprint
After blogging for several years, I launched Career Bluprint in 2015 as a publishing vehicle to help more people gain access to career insights. Working in media + tech for 20 years in various roles has afforded me a unique perspective for navigating career challenges.
Once I started my foray into learning and development, I knew this was where I wanted to stay. My passion for helping others using my career experiences and professional expertise creates a new opportunity to develop content that answers the questions most people encounter.
Whether you are interested in career development with an individual focus, industry perspective, or academic insights, check out my articles and books, there is something for everyone.
“To learn is to grow. Even in the midst of a rapidly evolving backdrop, we have to be intentional about moving forward during this unusual time in history.”
~Stacey
My hope is that together, academia, non-profit, government, and industry will collaborate more effectively to create career development solutions for the workforce, especially students.
Our goal should be to remove the burden for how to navigate the world of work.
Some of my research interests include:
Scaling Internships to provide access technically and socially
Enhancing collaboration between academia and industry for career skills development
Prioritizing the student experience for better career outcomes
Exploring free skill building programs for tech skills development through collaborations between industry and academia
Pipelining K-12 students for colleges to expand access to underrepresented communities
Let’s work together to create a better future for everyone.
